Redeeming Tickets and Tracking Your Reward

Learn how to review a reward, confirm its Ticket cost, follow administrator review and find delivery updates in your inbox.

01Choose from the rewards available to you

Open Redeem to see whether your account can request a reward. Choose from gift cards, PayPal Cash and Visa prepaid products available to your account and country. Requests start at $10 USD, with no DayDimes redemption fee, and are reviewed before delivery.

    • Language settings do not change country eligibility.
    • Read the product name, country, currency, amount and restrictions.
    • The future DayDimes token is not currently a withdrawal option.

    02Review before you confirm

For an available reward, choose an amount and review the exact Ticket cost, any fee and delivery instructions. Confirm only when those details are right for you. If a quote expires, request a new quote and review it again.

Submitting a request reserves the required Tickets and creates a receipt. It does not mean the reward has already been sent. Each redemption requires administrator review before delivery begins.

03Follow the receipt and inbox updates

Use Redemption history to reopen your receipt and check its latest status. Your inbox keeps redemption updates together. When a reward is available, open its secure reward page from the authenticated reward details.

A reward link is not proof that a PayPal payment is complete or a prepaid card is activated. Follow the provider’s instructions to finish claiming or using the selected reward. Reopening the same reward does not create another payment.

    04If delivery needs attention

A request marked Delivery being checked is being reconciled with the provider. Its Tickets remain reserved while the outcome is checked. Use Get help with this redemption on the receipt to include the correct reference in your support draft.

If your receipt offers cancellation, review the cancellation summary before confirming. Keep following the same request instead of creating another one to chase a delayed delivery.
