      Choose an activity

      Open Earn to find surveys, daily check-in and available activities. Check the Ticket reward and requirements before you start.

      Receive your Tickets

      Tickets are added once your activity is confirmed. View each reward and its status in your Ticket history.

      Redeem a reward

      Choose a reward and review the final Ticket cost. Submit your request, then follow its review and delivery in your inbox.

    Understand your Ticket balance

    Your history shows what’s confirmed, what’s pending and what’s set aside.

    Confirmed

    Tickets credited to your account. Open Redeem to see your eligible balance and available rewards.

    Pending

    An activity is awaiting confirmation. Its Tickets become available once the reward is confirmed.

    Reserved

    Tickets set aside for a redemption request. They can’t be used again while the request is in progress.
