    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: 4 October 2026

Data user and controller: North 173 Limited, Hong Kong SAR
    Privacy contact: Privacy Requests, contact@daydimes.com

This Policy explains how North 173 Limited collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in operating DayDimes at daydimes.com. It covers visitors, applicants, members, reward recipients, and people who contact us. It also explains your choices and how to make a privacy request. Separate providers may collect information directly when you choose their surveys, offers, or reward-claim services.

Information we collect and where it comes from

Account and eligibility information. You provide your username, display name, email address, password, residence country and any requested region, age-eligibility confirmation, and optional invitation code. We retain a password hash rather than a readable password, verification and recovery records, account status, and the versions and times of recorded policy acknowledgements or consents. We may request additional proportionate information if needed to verify an account or meet a specific reward requirement; we explain that request when it occurs.

Activity and reward records. We record activities you start, activity and session references, provider-specific member identifiers, relevant reward terms, completion and confirmation times, pending and available Tickets, reservations, corrections, and reward requests. Providers can send us transaction identifiers, completion or screen-out information, reward amounts, reported provider revenue, reversal notices, and fraud or account-status signals. These records let us attribute a reward, prevent duplicates, and investigate disputes.

Redemption and delivery information. We process your selected reward, country, currency, Ticket cost, delivery contact, request and approval status, fulfilment references, notification history, and secure reward-access records. A payout provider may collect payment destination, identification, tax, or card-activation information directly. We may receive the status and limited details needed to support fulfilment. Do not send full payment credentials, identity documents, or sensitive reward links in ordinary support messages unless we have provided a specific secure process for the information requested.

Referrals. We record invitation codes, the relationship between an invitation and registration, applicable offer terms, qualification progress, and any referral award. Referrers may see whether an invitation has qualified and their own reward status. They are not entitled to the referred member's survey answers, private account history, or payment details.

Support and communications. We collect the contact details, messages, references, and other information you give us when asking for help. We record replies, issue status, email delivery results, and relevant account or security notifications. Please avoid unnecessary information about yourself or other people.

Technical and security information. Our application and hosting services process information such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested pages, error records, session identifiers, and authentication or security events. We use these to serve the site, keep accounts secure, investigate misuse, and diagnose failures. An IP address may indicate an approximate location; it is not the same as precise GPS location.

Preferences and site measurements. We store the preferences you select through available account and display settings, such as reduced motion. We measure sponsor advertisement impressions and clicks using campaign and event references. Any use of optional analytics or advertising technologies is subject to the notices and choices required by applicable law.

We obtain these categories from you, your interaction with our service, providers you choose to use, and our hosting, delivery, and security services. We do not need your cryptocurrency seed phrase or private key to operate the current service.

    DayDimes member-feedback surveys

When you choose a survey created by DayDimes, we collect the answers you save or submit, including selected preferences and any optional written comments. These responses are linked to your member account. We also record the survey version, saved progress, start and completion times, and associated Ticket reward. These surveys are not anonymous.

We use responses to understand members’ preferences, evaluate activities and rewards, and improve DayDimes. Authorised staff can review feedback and summary results. Account-linked completion and audit records also allow us to award the correct Tickets, prevent repeated claims, and investigate a disputed reward. Routine survey audit events record actions and reward references rather than copying the text of your answers into each log entry.

Participation is optional. You can choose “Prefer not to say” where offered and omit optional comments without reducing the displayed completion reward. Saved progress allows you to return later. Do not include sensitive information or information identifying another person in comments. You can contact our privacy team about access, correction, or deletion of your responses; limited reward and security records may need to be retained for a separate lawful purpose.

Where EEA or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on contractual necessity to administer the survey reward you request and legitimate interests to analyse feedback for service improvement and prevent misuse, subject to your applicable right to object. Optional participation does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated marketing or profiling.

Information collected directly by survey providers

When you choose a TheoremReach survey, DayDimes supplies a provider-specific identifier and an activity reference so the provider can report the outcome to the correct account. This identifier does not include your DayDimes password. It is pseudonymous rather than anonymous: the provider may connect it with information it obtains directly.

TheoremReach and the research providers it uses may collect profile information, demographics, survey answers, IP and device information, and other information explained in their own notices. Some surveys may ask sensitive questions. Review the provider's explanation and consent choices before answering; you may decline or leave a survey.

DayDimes receives activity identifiers, reward amounts, completion status, and information needed to review the reward. For these external surveys, your full survey responses are not required for reward attribution. This differs from the DayDimes member-feedback surveys described above. If you send survey responses or screenshots to our support team, we will also receive what you include.

Read TheoremReach's Privacy Policy and any survey-specific notice. A provider can act independently for its research, matching, and fraud-prevention purposes. This Policy governs our own processing and does not replace its notice. Contact us about DayDimes records; contact the provider about records it controls. We will assist in directing a request where appropriate.

    Why we use personal data

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

    • Create, verify, maintain, and secure your account and determine whether a requested feature is available to you.
    • Connect your chosen activities to your account, record their disclosed reward terms, receive confirmations, and calculate or correct Tickets.
    • Review and fulfil redemption requests, provide secure access to rewards, and send associated service messages.
    • Administer referral offers and confirm qualification without exposing another member's private information.
    • Respond to support and privacy requests, investigate missing rewards, resolve disputes, and maintain accountable transaction records.
    • Detect duplicate transactions, unauthorised access, fabricated activity, and other misuse; maintain reliable and secure systems.
    • Measure the operation of the site and sponsor placements with the applicable privacy controls.
    • Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
    • Send optional marketing only under the separate choices described below.

We do not treat account registration as permission to use personal data for every future purpose. A materially different use requires the notice and, where needed, consent required by applicable law.

    Required information and optional choices

Registration fields marked required are needed to create and secure your account and assess eligibility. Without them, we cannot provide the relevant account service. Optional information is identified as optional. Some activities or redemptions need additional information; we explain the purpose and consequence of declining it before collection.

You can browse public pages without a member account. You can choose not to take a survey or offer, not to redeem, and not to receive marketing. Declining an optional activity or marketing does not by itself cancel valid rewards already earned. Blocking essential session technology can prevent login or other necessary functions.

    Who receives information

We disclose information needed for the relevant purpose to these classes of recipients:

    RecipientPurpose and relevant information
Hosting, database, infrastructure, and security servicesOperate and protect the application and records. DayDimes is currently hosted with Hostinger. Relevant account, transaction, technical, and support data may be processed on our behalf.
Chosen survey and activity providersMatch and deliver the chosen activity, attribute outcomes, and investigate reward issues. Survey providers include TheoremReach. The provider is identified when an activity is offered.
Reward fulfilment providers and issuersIssue and deliver your selected reward and manage claim or payment requirements using necessary recipient and order information. The provider and issuer applicable to your chosen reward are identified during redemption.
Email and support service providersDeliver verification, recovery, account, support, and reward communications and report delivery failures. These providers receive the information needed to deliver those services.
Authorised staff and professional advisersAdminister the service, resolve cases, and address accounting, legal, or security matters, with access appropriate to their role.
Authorities or other parties where legally justifiedComply with lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or investigate unlawful conduct, limited to information reasonably necessary.
Parties to a genuine business reorganisationEvaluate or complete a merger, acquisition, or transfer with appropriate confidentiality, security, and notice obligations. New uses remain subject to applicable law.

We do not make your personal account or reward history public. We report sponsor advertisement performance using campaign-level or aggregated measurements. We do not include your survey answers or private reward history in those reports. Opening a sponsor's destination allows that site to process information under its own notice.

Service providers acting for us are subject to contractual restrictions on their use of personal data. Survey providers, merchants, payment services, and issuers may also process information for their own purposes, as described in their privacy notices.

    Cookies and browser storage

DayDimes uses a first-party session cookie named daydimes.sid to keep you signed in. The cookie has a maximum age of eight hours. Ending or renewing a session can change when it expires. This cookie is necessary for account functionality.

Browser storage can remember interface choices, including a mini-game motion preference. Such a preference can remain until it is changed or browser storage is cleared. Hosting and enabled security tools may also use technologies needed to deliver and protect the service.

Third-party survey or reward pages may use their own cookies and similar technologies when opened or embedded. Their notices explain those technologies. Where consent is required, we request it before loading the relevant embedded content.

Acknowledging this Policy or accepting the Terms of Service does not provide consent to optional tracking. We provide the information and choices required for any optional analytics, targeted advertising, or other non-essential technologies we use. You can also manage cookies through your browser, although this may affect the service.

    Marketing choices

Service messages include email verification, account recovery, security alerts, support replies, and reward updates. They are different from optional promotional messages.

If you separately choose marketing, we may use your name and email address to send DayDimes news about activities, reward offers, and platform updates. Marketing is optional and does not determine your existing reward entitlement. We will not treat silence, a preselected checkbox, or general acceptance of these Terms as marketing consent.

You can withdraw marketing permission without charge through the message's unsubscribe option or by emailing contact@daydimes.com. Necessary service messages can continue. We do not provide your contact details to other organisations for their own direct marketing under the general account acknowledgement. A proposed arrangement of that kind requires separate, specific information and any consent required by law before it begins.

    International processing

North 173 Limited operates from Hong Kong SAR. Hosting, survey, communication, and fulfilment providers may process data in other locations. The laws of those locations can differ from those where you live.

We limit transfers to the disclosed purposes and use contractual and other measures required by applicable law. Contact contact@daydimes.com for information about relevant recipients and transfer safeguards. Agreeing to these Terms is not blanket consent to unrestricted international transfers.

    How long information is kept

We determine retention by the purpose of the record, the status of your account or transaction, the applicable legal obligation or claim period, and whether the information remains necessary. Closing an account does not require us to destroy records still lawfully needed, but it does not justify indefinite retention of everything.

    Record categoryRetention criteria
Account and profile informationWhile needed to provide the account, then only the limited information needed to close it, resolve outstanding rewards or disputes, and meet applicable obligations.
DayDimes survey answers and saved progressWhile needed for the feedback project or to let you resume a survey, then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation. Reward and dispute evidence may be retained separately for the applicable transaction or claim period.
Verification and recovery recordsFor their validity and necessary security or abuse-investigation period. Expiration of a link does not itself mean every related log has already been deleted.
Reward, payment, consent, and accounting recordsFor applicable accounting or tax requirements, transaction reconciliation, evidence of accepted terms, and relevant dispute or claim periods, limited to the information necessary for those purposes.
Security and technical logsFor operational troubleshooting and proportionate detection or investigation of misuse; an incident can justify a longer, restricted hold on relevant records.
Support messagesUntil the case and relevant follow-up or dispute period are resolved, subject to any justified legal hold.
Marketing choicesWhile needed to respect the choice; a minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent renewed unwanted marketing.
BackupsThrough the documented backup rotation, with restricted use for recovery and renewed application of deletion restrictions after a restore.

Records that no longer serve a justified purpose are deleted or effectively anonymised. Contact us for information about the retention criteria applicable to a particular record.

    Security and account review

We use access restrictions, password hashing, protected connections, and other technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or a reward link is compromised, contact us promptly. We assess security incidents and make legally required notifications.

Automated checks can verify session validity, supported country, duplicate transactions, activity conditions, balance availability, and potential abuse. A failed check may block an action or send it for review. These checks can affect survey access or the timing of a reward. Redemption requests are reviewed by DayDimes before fulfilment. If you believe a decision is incorrect, contact us for an explanation and human review, subject to necessary security and legal limits.

TheoremReach manages its own survey matching and profiling. Its privacy notice describes that processing and your available choices.

    Your rights and requests

Email contact@daydimes.com, addressed to Privacy Requests, North 173 Limited, to ask about your information, request access or correction, request account closure or deletion, or raise a concern. Provide your account email and enough detail to identify the request. We may need proportionate evidence of identity or an authorised agent's authority; please do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate process.

We respond within the deadlines applicable to your request and explain any lawful refusal, limitation, extension, or permitted fee. A request for deletion may require us to retain limited transaction, security, or legal records; we will explain the relevant exception. We do not retaliate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Hong Kong. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to and correction of your personal data, subject to applicable exemptions and procedures. You can raise a privacy complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. Direct-marketing opt-out requests are handled without charge.

EEA and UK, where applicable. We process personal data on the following legal bases: contractual necessity for account services and rewards you request; legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention, service administration, and legal claims; legal obligations for required records and responses; and consent where required for optional tracking, marketing, or a particular processing purpose. When relying on legitimate interests, we consider the necessity of the processing and its impact on your rights and interests.

You may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, depending on the processing and applicable law. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also have rights concerning solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You can complain to your local supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable, without first complaining to us.

United States and other locations, where applicable. Depending on the law covering you and DayDimes, rights can include access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, an authorised-agent request, appeal of a denied request, and opting out of qualifying sales, sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Contact us to exercise an applicable right or appeal, and identify the decision you want reviewed. Statutory rights are not limited to the examples in this Policy.

Your selected language does not determine your residence or limit your privacy rights.

    Children and sensitive information

DayDimes is for eligible adults aged 18 or over and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly permit underage membership. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate, restrict access, and handle the data appropriately.

We do not ask for precise GPS location, biometric identification, or sensitive survey answers as part of ordinary DayDimes registration. A chosen provider may ask for additional or sensitive information under its own notice. Do not submit sensitive information to us that is unnecessary for the service. Any new DayDimes collection of sensitive information requires its own lawful basis, notice, and safeguards.

    Future token features and changes

The DayDimes token showcase does not create a wallet or token balance. We do not collect wallet credentials to display simulated prices. Before introducing a wallet or token service that collects additional personal data, we will explain what is collected, why it is used, who receives it, whether any information is recorded publicly on a blockchain, and the choices available to you.

We will update this Policy when our practices change and show the effective date. We provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain fresh consent where required. A policy update does not itself authorise incompatible reuse of previously collected information.
