Your Tickets, From Activity to Available Rewards

Understand pending, confirmed and reserved Tickets, follow activity references and find the value you can redeem.

    01Start in Earn

Open Earn to find activities available to your account. Read the requirements and reward details before starting. Surveys may ask qualifying questions, and a survey visit alone does not mean a reward has been confirmed.

    • Use the activity link from your DayDimes account.
    • Follow the provider’s completion instructions.
    • Return to DayDimes to check that activity’s progress.

    02Follow confirmation in your history

A pending reward is waiting for confirmation. Confirmed Tickets appear in your history when the activity has been accepted. If a provider later reverses a reward, the correction is recorded too.

    • Open a history item to see its details and reference.
    • Check recent survey sessions in Earn if you have returned from a survey.
    • A delay does not mean you should repeat the activity. Check its status first.

03Check the value available in Redeem

Welcome rewards, daily check-ins, games and surveys use the same Ticket system. The activities offered to your account show their own reward terms. Redeem shows your available reward value and the options you can choose.

Tickets reserved for a redemption cannot be used for another request at the same time. Older Tickets without assigned redemption value remain in your history; a displayed Ticket total is not a promise that every Ticket can already be redeemed.

04Get help with a specific activity

Open the activity details and use the help link to prepare a private support request with its reference. Explain what happened and when. You can review the message before sending it and follow replies in Account support.

    • Keep the activity reference so support can find the correct record.
    • Never include passwords, one-time codes or secure reward links in your message.
